Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Embassy Auctions or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Embassy Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Embassy Auctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Sales tax of 6% will be added to all Pennsylvania residents without valid sales tax exemption certificates on file at the time of the sale. Shipping of merchandise will occur 3-7 days after we receive the buyer's payment information. An invoice will be generated for the purchased item(s) plus shipping and handling charges. Item(s) will be shipped when payment has been received. We use USPS and FedEx as our shippers. Please respond ASAP if you want any other shipping arrangements! Handling charges range: small items $8.50 per box, larger and/or items requiring specialty packing/boxes up to: $45.00 per box. International shipping will incur additional fees.
