We are pleased to announce this exciting event being conducted in co-operation with Sam Cox Artifacts and in conjunction with the Green River Archaeological Society Show being held on Sunday, March 20 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Plan to spend the weekend in Lexington for these exciting events! We have endeavored to accurately describe all items in this sale to the best of our abilities, but all items offered for sale are strictly ‘’as is’’. It is the responsibility of the bidder, whether bidding in person, by phone, by absentee or through live internet to determine the exact age, condition, size, quality, variety, importance, provenance or historical reference of any items offered. No statement in this catalog, bill of sale, or statements made by any representative of Sam Cox Artifacts or Mark Mattox Auctions will be deemed as a warrantee. All sales are considered final on items purchased live the day of the sale, multiple item lots, groups of relics, historic and unrelated Indian artifact items, or any artifact that has been presented for sale with a previously documented COA. There will be absolutely NO returns or adjustments made 22 days after the sale date. ”No Exceptions.’’ Please keep in mind that if you are not able to attend the sale in person and are bidding by phone, absentee or live internet that you may contact us by phone prior to the day of the sale to answer any question you may have about an individual item.
