Pick Up: COVID-19 Update: Due to the issues of this COVID-19 Virus, Please be respectful and practice social distancing, and wear protective masks. Please check each sale for specific pick up dates and times. If you are the winning bidder of furniture/large pieces, you MUST bring help. We will guide you to the piece for removal, our staff is not equipped to move furniture. Be sure to bring the necessary equipment ( dollies, straps, rope, blankets) to do so. You must pick up your items at the day and time listed for each sale. NO EXCEPTIONS. Most of our sales are under a strict timeline to have items removed promptly. Please bring your invoice with you to help us speed up the process in locating your items. Buyers hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Auctioneers and Sellers from any and all damages, claims, or liabilities from, and injuries to persons or death or property caused during the removal of items purchased. The buyer is solely responsible for any damage to the real property caused by or during the removal of items purchased. you must bring help to lift, pack, and remove items from the sale. Including tools to disconnect or dismantle. Please remember to bring packing supplies, boxes, dollies etc. Needed for removal. Our staff will not be able to assist in the removal process. Shipping: Caronna Estate Sales, LLC have a third party shipping service on items listed as "shipping available". Buyer Pays All Shipping Costs including any international tariffs and taxes. We use a third party shipping company. All Items will be delivered approximately 1-2 days after invoice is paid. A representative from Postal Suites Plus with be contacting you with your separate shipping fee/ invoice for your items. Please allow Postal Suites Plus up to 72 hours to contact you with your shipping costs. After 3 attempts and no response Postal Suites Plus will return your items to Caronna Estate Sales, LLC. Please be sure your shipping address is listed and up to date. This process does take some time after the sale is over, please be patient and contact our office immediately with any shipping changes. Communication is Key throughout this entire process. Failure to Pick Up: In the event you do not pick up your purchase during the designated time. You agree that failure to receive any item in the event of abandonment DOES NOT relieve your responsibility to pay for the item or any other associated fees. You hereby authorize Caronna Estate Sales, LLC to charge your credit card for the purchase amount plus any taxes or fees and will not refund payment for the items. Caronna Estate Sales, LLC may in its absolute and sole discretion, resell, dispose of or donate the items to a charity of Caronna Estate Sales, LLC choice. Payment: We accept Visa/Mastercard/American Express/Discover, ( 3% Processing Fee) Cash, Approved Check, Cashier's Check. At the end of the on-line auction, you will receive an invoice immediately following the sale. You will have 24 hours to contact us by phone or email if you plan to change your payment method. If no contact has been made within 72 hours this period, we will charge the credit card on file. There is a $35.00 Returned Check Fee and your Credit Card on File will be Charged accordingly. Bidding: All Bids must be place by the established increments listed for the sale and represent irrevocable offers to purchase that may not be withdrawn prior to close of auction .Items begin to close at the time scheduled. Online sales are subject to a "soft close", if an item receives a bid within the last minute scheduled to end, it will stay open until all bids are received. Preview: All items may be previewed at the date /time listed for each auction. We encourage you to inspect all property in person and make your own determinations of condition, authenticity and other aspects of the property are of concern and important prior to bidding. You, for yourself, expressly hereby forever release and discharge Caronna Estate Sales, LLC, its members, licensees, employees, agents, successors and assigns (collectively the ?Released Parties?) against from any and all claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions, or causes of action, and from all acts of active or passive negligence on the part of the Released Parties whatso ever, direct or indirect, known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, which the bidder now has or which may arise in the future on the account of or in any way growing out of or connected with any defects, latent or otherwise, or the physical condition of any of any items or lots purchased or any law or regulation applicable thereto. Further, you, for yourself, your executors, heirs, successors and assigns, expressly agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from all claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions, or causes of action, brought by on or behalf of any person and arising from or related in any way to any and all acts of active or passive negligence on the part of the Released Parties. Further, you, for yourself, your executors, heirs, successors and assigns, expressly agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from all claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions, or causes of action, brought against the Released Parties and resulting, in whole or in part, from your own negligence, passive or active, including any claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions, or causes of action, arising from or related in any way to any and all acts of active or passive negligence on the part of the Released Parties. Further, you, for yourself, your executors, heirs, successors and assigns, expressly agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from all claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions, or causes of action, brought against the Released Parties and resulting, in whole or in part, from your breach of this Agreement, or the inaccuracy of any representation or the breach of any warranty made herein.

If you have not contacted Caronna Estate Sales, LLC to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
