If the item is not removed within 10 days following the last day of the auction, the item will be converted to Rapid Estate Liquidators and Auction Gallery Ownership, as forfeited merchandise. There will NOT be any money returned to the buyer. Rapid Estate Liquidators and Auction Gallery can accept no liability of loss or damage goods once they leave the auction premise.
