Asian Works of Art: Session III

The Spring Asian Art auction in Boston features contemporary Chinese paintings from the collection of P.Y. Wang (1893-1977). Works from this same collection achieved $1.9 million in a recent Skinner Asian Art auction. Other highlights of the upcoming auction include a bamboo brush pot, a rare rhinoceros horn libation cup, and a large group of Buddhist images. Asian Art auctions at Skinner present the best in Chinese, Korean, Indian, Tibetan, and Japanese artwork and antiques, including fine calligraphy, rare jade, furniture,and decorative arts.
