Once an item(s) has been paid for, we will place item(s) together for DAKS Global Logistics, LLC. to come over and pick-up items for packing and shipping at their building. STORAGE Unless prior arrangements are made, payment within 5 business days, or a $5 per lot per day storage fee will be charged. ABANDONED PROPERTY Unless prior arrangements have been made, any lot(s) remaining at the Brandywine Valley Auctions more than 90 calendar days after the auction purchase date will be considered abandoned and no refunds will be given. Brandywine Valley Auctions is not obligated to notify the winning bidder of the abandoned lot(s). DISPUTES Any and all disputes resulting or arising in connection with this auction shall be heard in the County Court of Common Pleas of Chester County, Pennsylvania as the sole and exclusive venue. LEGAL INTERPRETATIONS This document will be interpreted by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania and by the United States Code.
