Bidders should make arrangements to have items of interest examined by their own experts and determine authenticity to their own satisfaction prior to bidding. Please do not bid unless you intend to honor the bid as we will post negative feedback and proceed against you legally for not completing the sale. Buyer agrees to be governed by the Laws of the State of Tennessee. All legal disputes will be settled in Tennessee with no exception whatsoever. By bidding in this auction, you are agreeing to all of stated and written terms. All sales are final and there are no refunds for any reason whatsoever. We do not accept PayPal or Credit Cards but we do accept checks which can take up to 20 business days to clear from your bank, money orders which take 7 business days to make sure are not fake, bank drafts, wire transfers for fastest service, Western Unions, and of course, cash. Payment is expected to be received within 10 days after the auction date. Please make sure you have any condition reports necessary prior to Auction time, as once the sale begins, no condition reports will be sent out. Measurements are approximate and may be off by fractional inches, every effort is made to be correct but typos do occur and can be overlooked when proofed. If you need to reserve a phone line, please do so well before the auction. Phone lines are limited to items opening at $500.00 or above. We will attempt to pack small items here for successful bidders. Cost for this will be determined when the total amount to pack is seen. UPS Ground Service will be used and full insurance is required. Larger items will have to be taken to a professional shipper or picked up by a moving company for shipment. If you prefer, any purchase can be taken to a packer of your choice. If a purchased item is going to be shipped overseas and requires an ITN number, the piece will have to be shipped from a specific UPS Shipping Store in Knoxville that specializes in getting these numbers. The fee for this service is between the buyer and the UPS Store with us having no part in this transaction other than delivering the object to the packing store. Please ask any questions you may have well in advance of the auction, your interest is appreciated and we want to work with you but on sale day, do not expect condition reports or information as all the staff will be working at the auction.
