Particular highlights of the sale are lots 1387 and 1673. Lot 1387, a substantial Rococo Revival silver tea kettle on stand by Paul Storr, hallmarked London 1832, estimated at £6,000-8,000. Lot 1673, a 19th Century baroque pearl chain necklace by Castellani, is estimated at £4,000-6,000. The chain measures 123cm long and is signed with the maker?s mark. The auction also benefits from a single-owner collection of Arts and Crafts silver, including work by the luminaries Omar Ramsden and Alwyn Carr.
