The Gallery , its agents and employees, and the Consignor do not Warrant any lot to be merchantable or to be suited for any purpose and they do not assume any risk , liability or responsibility for any person as to the authenticity, genuineness, culture, source, origin, attribution, period, purpose or measurement of any lot. These conditions may not be altered or modified except by an instrument in writing, signed by auctioneer and Buyer. Shipping Information We do not have in house shipping or packing facilities. Shipping is at the buyer?s cost. If a sale results in a canceled sale, we do not refund shipping or return shipping costs. Please contact Mike at The UPS store (440-943-5544) They pickup, pack and ship. Ohio Sales Tax If you are a resident of Ohio a 7.25% sales tax will be added to your invoice. You must provide the Gallery with a valid resale certificate to waive Ohio sales tax. Regulation of The Bid The Auctioneer shall regulate the bidding and shall be the sole arbiter of any and all disputes. We reserve the right to withdraw the property at any time before the sale and reject a bid from any bidder.

If you have not contacted Bertha's Gallery Auctions to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
