All items listed in this catalog are subject to the following terms and conditions. Bidding on any lot indicates your acceptance of these terms. 1. Payment is due upon the receipt of the invoice. The purchase price will be the sum of the hammer price, plus the 18% buyer's premium, total shipping cost, and any applicable sales tax. All merchandise purchased is payable directly to Gilded Curio LLC. Once we receive your payment, please expect a processing time of 10-15 business days before your item(s) ship. An email confirmation will be sent to your account on file with tracking information and an ETA for delivery. Please note that shipments can occasionally delay due to unforeseen circumstances. 2. All measurements and weights are approximate. 3. The absence of a condition note in the lot description does not mean the item is perfect. In all cases, it is the prospective buyer's responsibility to determine the actual condition of the lot. Please note that Gilded Curio LLC is happy to provide our opinion of the state of items for sale upon request. This service is for informational purposes only and does not create a legal obligation. We are not professional conservators or restorers and therefore cannot guarantee the contents of a condition report. 4. NO RESERVES - All items sell without reserve. Each lot in the catalog features a low and high estimate representing that range, which is a conservative auction evaluation in the opinion of Gilded Curio LLC. Actual prices realized for items can fall below or above this range. 5. All lots are sold "AS IS" without recourse, and all sales are final. Gilded Curio LLC does not make any warranties or representations of any kind or nature concerning the property. In no event shall they be responsible for the correctness of the description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source, origin, or condition of the property. 6. Gilded Curio LLC reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time before the commencement of this auction for such lot and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal. 7. Gilded Curio LLC reserves the right, at our complete discretion, to refuse participation in any auction and to reject any bid, as well as the right to refuse to acknowledge any bidder. The highest bidder acknowledged by Gilded Curio LLC will be the purchaser. The first bid received has precedence if we receive identical absentee bids for an item. Should a dispute arise after the auction, our sale record is conclusive. Gilded Curio LLC will also have complete discretion to reopen the bidding, cancel the sale, or re-offer and resell the property. 8. If for any reason Gilded Curio LLC cannot deliver an item in as good condition as at the time of sale, Gilded Curio LLC shall not be liable for any amount above that paid by the purchaser. 9. If the purchaser breaches any of its obligations under these terms, including its obligation to pay the total purchase price of all items for which it was the highest successful bidder, Gilded Curio LLC may exercise all of its rights and remedies under the law, including, without limitation, (a) canceling the sale and applying any payments made by the purchaser to the damages caused by the purchaser's breach, and (b) offering at public auction, without reserve, any lot or item for which the purchaser has breached any of its obligations, including its obligation to pay in full the purchase price, holding the purchaser liable for any deficiency plus all costs of sale. 10. Gilded Curio LLC will NOT cancel any sale due to shipping. 11. All sales are final, and Gilded Curio LLC will not offer any refunds. In no event shall any item be returned from the date of delivery. 12. We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions at any time without notice. Your final invoice will include all shipping costs. We professionally pack and ship all items in-house. NO PICKUPS will be allowed under any circumstances, as this is a high volume, multi-estate auction with different locations, no exceptions. Once we receive your payment, please expect a processing time of 10-15 business days before your item(s) ship. Each item has a flat-rate shipping fee - which includes packing material, labor, insurance, and postage to the lower 48 states in North America (including the District of Columbia). We will combine multiple won items in a single shipment and extend any discounts or savings on postage when possible. All items ship to the address specified on your registered LiveAuctioneers account. Please indicate any special shipping instructions immediately after the auction. Address changes are prohibited, and we do not allow any shipment to be re-routed. Due to quality control issues, we do not ship to third-party shippers. All shipments with a declared value of $500 or greater will require a signature. In the rare event your item arrives damaged, please be prepared to provide at least 7 photos of the item and its packaging to facilitate a shipping claim. Gilded Curio LLC will NOT cancel a sale due to shipping. Please note that shipments can occasionally delay due to unforeseen circumstances.

All international bidders must contact us for a shipping quote before bidding on an item and to be approved for the item's sale. Without an approved quote, this could potentially cause you to lose the sale, and it will go to the underbidder. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes for international shipments. Gilded Curio LLC will declare the package value at the hammer price and cannot declare lesser values for any international shipments. International bidders are responsible for knowing their country's laws on import, customs, and duties.

If you have not contacted Gilded Curio LLC to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
