Summer Estate Auction

This BIDDER CONTRACT is between the BIDDER and Seminole Estate Auction & Liq LLC. BIDDER agrees that the terms listed below set out specific and complete rules of auction and agree that it is their responsibility to obtain and read these rules prior to bidding on any items, and will be legally bound by these rules if they should bid on or purchase any item at this auction. These rules govern this auction and future auctions, and that he/she agrees with them. Additional terms may be posted or announced from the auction block, which are just as binding. BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY: I agree that it is my responsibility to inspect each item before bidding, and acknowledge that these terms are used and Seminole Estate Auction & Liq LLC has made no guarantees or warranties, either expressed or implied, as to the condition of these items. After a BIDDER has won the bid with his/her high bid, they have become the new owners of the item, even though they may not have paid for the item yet. The item's becomes the full and sole responsibility of the buyer at this point, and buyer assumes all risks of loss and damage. Buyers should guard their items accordingly. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE OF ANY KIND. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect and ask questions on every item that you wish to bid on. It is the bidders responsibility to determine ages, condition, value. *Written or oral descriptions are our opinions only and should in no way be construed as a guarantee or warranty of any kind. If you require absolute certainty in all areas of authenticity, and the results of your evaluation leave uncertainty in your mind, we recommend that you do not bid on the item in question. INJURY, AND DAMAGE: BIDDER acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by bidder, bidder's guest, or his agent, and further agrees to hold Seminole Estate Auction & Liq LLC from any personal injury to himself or his agents and any property damage incurred on auction premises. I release Seminole Estate Auction and the SELLER from any and all liability connected with the removal and transportation of my purchases and any and all future used for the merchandise purchased here today. FULL PAYMENT: I agree to pay for my purchases and state that I have funds necessary for such payment. Complete payment is due on date of sale with approved credit cards, approved checks (Florida w/Florida Drivers License) and paypal (preferred payment). I also agree that if I purchase items and pay with a debit or credit cards that I will not charge back any of these items and items will be shipped to address of record. All items must be paid in full before item is shipped. No items will be removed from the premises until payment is made in full. If I fail to pay for any or all of my purchases, for whatever reasons, including sufficient check or a stopped check, RETURNED CHECK POLICY: I will reimburse Seminole Estate Auction & Liq LLC three (3) times the amount of any returned check. I understand Seminole Estate Auction & Liq LLC can initiate legal action against me for non-payment or Seminole Estate Auction & Liq LLC can initiate legal action against me for the difference in my final bid and the new selling price. Any disputes that may arise from this contract or auction will be resolved in whatever County auction is conducted. All sales are subject to Florida Sales Tax unless a current Florida Certificate of Resale is on file at the time of registration. No exceptions. BUYERS PREMIUM: 23% will be added to all items purchase at this auction. All Firearms will be subjected to an additional charge of $65.00 & will be handled by our local FFL Dealer to your FFL Dealer of choice. Shipping Charge: IF SHIPPING IS NOT INCLUDED WE WILL BILL YOU SEPARATELY TO BE PAID VIA PAYPAL. WE CAN NOT SHIP SOME ITEMS AND THEY WILL BE SHIPPED VIA UPS STORE. Items purchased at auction will incur a separate shipping charge of $5 to $10 which will be included on your invoice if possible. This charge will reflect a small charge for processing plus applicable charges from shipping company for item to be sent via USPS. All lots won online will be subject to insurance charge in addition to shipping & handling charges. If we are unable to determine shipping charge after auction items will be invoiced accordingly then you will get a separate email to pay shipping charge separately. Once shipping is paid either via paypal or zelle we will ship your items & send you confirmation number. We are not responsible for items in shipping. We will gladly file claims with carrier but are not obligated if denied to reimburse the item. If we are unable to package your item you will incur separate charge from UPS Store packing facility. We are not responsible for items sent through third party shipper. We do not accept credit card via phone. NO PAYMENNTS ACCEPTED VIA PHONE NO EXCEPTIONS. You can mail a check, paypal or Zelle for payments If you prefer to have sent any other form of shipping please contact Seminole Estate Auction & Liq LLC prior to invoice to discuss 386-960-7599. We try our hardest to ship items but unfortunately that is not always possible. ITEMS NOT PAID FOR SHIPPING WILL NOT BE SHIPPED TILL PAYMENT IS MADE.

If you have not contacted Seminole Estate Auction to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
