BIDHAUS is not an authorized dealer/retailer of any of the watch brands we auction. Therefore, we do not auction/sell any brand new watches with a factory warranty. Return Return requests for any reasons, may only be made within three (3) days from the date on which the winning bidder receives their items from Les Collectibles and must notify Les Collectibles with an explanation, which may be approved at Les collectibles sole discretion. A restocking fee of twenty percent (20%) will be deducted from the Hammer and Buyer's Premium Invoice total. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for fully insured return shipping. The Customer must make sure to carefully package and provide tracking information for the item(s) they are returning. All authorized returns must be received in the same condition as when they were originally shipped to the Customer, or they will be returned to the Customer at their cost. Any unauthorized returns will be discarded and the winning bidder will relinquish any and all claims to these items.
