Terms and Conditions of Peter Williams Estate Auction 1.The personal property (hereafter "property") to be sold is located at 2400 Newtown Pike, Lexington, KY 40511 and shall be sold by lot number. 2.The property is to be sold in its "as is" condition without any warranty or guarantee as to the physical condition of the property. All sales are final. Property is available for inspection on October 30th and October 31st from 3pm-7pm. All due diligence to be completed prior to Auction. 3.A ten percent (10%) Buyer's Premium shall be added to the final bid price to determine the gross purchase price. 4.A 3% service fee will be added to all credit card payments. 5.A 5% service fee will be added for all online buyers. 6.6% KY state sales tax will be charged on all purchases unless a resale certificate is presented (out of state resale certificates accepted). 7.Credit cards and wire transfers accepted, checks accepted ON SITE ONLY. 8.All items must be picked up by 4pm on November 2nd. If shipping is required, paintings will be moved to a third party shipper (to be announced) and shipping arrangements will be made through them. No items will be shipped until payment is received. 9.Announcements made the day of Sale take precedence over printed material or prior verbal statements.
