It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinant factor. Clark's may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet, and at the auction but makes no representations. Your credit card will be charged for your purchases, plus buyer's premiums, and any taxes. CA state will be charged CA state sales tax unless you have supplied Clark's with a valid re-sale permit. If you have not contacted Clark's Auction Company to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
