All items for this auction must be picked up at Devon Storage in Hazlet, NJ on Oct 16th bewtween 12am-2pm or an email sent if shipping is desired. All Items not picked up by 1pm on October 23rd will be considered abandoned and disposed of. No refund will be given for abandoned items. Payment is Due by October 15th at 4pm. After invoices are created, your card on file will be automatically charged. It is Buyer's responsibility to confirm that their invoice is paid. If you require shipping, you must contact us to request shipping within 48 hours of auction close. All items are being sold AS IS WHERE IS. Buyer is Responsible for bringing their own packing material, tools and assistance to help carry/load items. There will be no one available to help remove/load items. All items must be picked up during the listed pick-up times and at the listed pick-up location. All items not picked up by the end of the scheduled pick-up window will be considered abandoned and disposed of with no exceptions. There is a 20% Buyers Premium on all lots sold. If requested prior to 48 hours of auction close, We will attempt to provide additional information on an item as a courtesy but only as an opinion which should not be regarded as a statement of fact. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect working condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging. All Sales are Final. Any item purchased and removed from auction cannot be returned.
