Fall Fine Art, Antiques & Estates Auction

A substantial portion of this estimated million-dollar blockbuster sale will showcase high-end merchandise newly acquired from the exquisitely attired Buckhead residence of a well-established interior designer, as well as property from the estate of Mr. Michael Deskey, whose father, Donald Deskey, was one of the most widely renowned furniture designers of the twentieth century. Rounding out the sale is a diverse selection of pieces fresh from New York, Connecticut and Atlanta Metro estates. Art connoisseurs will be delighted with Peachtree & Bennett?s impressive offering of original works of art. Among the most notable pieces up for sale are an oil on canvas landscape from French artist Gustave Loiseau, a bold interior watercolor scene from German artist Georg Grosz, Hungarian impressionist artist Francois Gall?s young woman at a vanity, a Karl Witkowski nineteenth-century street urchin oil on canvas, a colorful Cy Twombly abstract pencil on paper, a Meindert Hobbema pen and ink drawing, a playful Benjamin Kopman gouache, and an atmospheric Henry Ward Ranger oil on canvas. Gold jewelry, hundreds of troy ounces of Tiffany & Co. silver, and a 8.91 ct GIA certified diamond dazzle in our Buckhead showroom. Whether you prefer the refined elegance of the English Georgian Manor House style, or the simplicity and sleek lines of mid century modern, there is something for every furniture taste and desire. We encourage you to view our PARTIAL catalog. Please check frequently for more lots and images!
