On Sunday January 22nd 2023, we will be auctioning the collection and estate of a collector from Massachusetts, who collected for over 30 years, and has an extensive high end collection of dollhouse miniatures, dolls, and dollhouse structures. This will be a large auction of over 600 lots, and will start at 9 a.m. EST. You will have an opportunity to bid on the lots ahead of time. The auction will take place online only. Bidding will be online only. No phone bids can be accepted. All items are sold as is. ii. Karen's Dollhouse Shop provides the photos for information available and holds no guarantee of any kind with relation to condition, value, of any kind and with respect to size. All measurements are approximate with some having a ruler to determine its size. If there are any imperfections with the items listed, note that the items in the sale are pre-owned. iii. As there can be competing bids on more than one online auction platform, Karen's Dollhouse Shop acts as the sole arbiter of auction bidding, including which bids to accept and which is the winning bid. ix. For this auction, ALL lots in the auction will be wrapped by Karen's Dollhouse Shop. We will be using bubble wrap, tiny baggies, tissue paper and boxes to carefully wrap all the miniatures, dolls and furniture. We know how special and delicate miniatures are. We will then ship via USPS or UPS. You may come to the shop to pick your auction items up in person, but will be charged a handling fee of $3.00 for each lot, in addition to shipping. Shipping and handling will be included in the final invoice.
