By registering to bid and/or submitting any bid, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions of Sale. We thank you for your interest and participation. MERCHANDISE OFFERED * All items offered for auction will be sold AS IS, WHERE IS, and WITHOUT GUARANTEE. * Listings are for descriptive purposes only. * Bidders are responsible for examining all items and/or requesting condition reports, and bidding according to their own expertise. If you have reservations about any item, please do not bid. * All announcements made on the day/evening of the auction supersede any other previously announced or published materials. REGISTRATION and BIDDING * Buyers must register at each auction. * The Auction record kept by Auctioneer and Clerk is final. * To bid on-line, you must register with the on-line auction provider. * Successful on-line bidders will be notified following the auction and will be provided an invoice and payment details. PAYMENT * All items must be paid for and removed within ONE WEEK of the auction, unless you make prior arrangements with us. * For successful On-line Bids, full payment via Cash, Approved Check, Credit Card, or Wire Transfer is required within one (1) week following the auction. * A $20 fee will be assessed on all returned checks. * The Buyer?s Premium will be added to each sale. REMOVAL OF ITEMS/SHIPPING * No item may be removed until full payment has been made. * If an item must be left for pick-up at a later date, pick up hours are: - Saturday: 9am - 3pm - Monday - Wednesday: 8am - 5pm - Thursday: 8am - 6pm - All-day Friday If you cannot remove your item within the week, you must notify us as to when you will be able to remove the item. * If you plan to pick an item up during the week, please call the Showroom at 610-485-0412 prior to arriving, to confirm that day's schedule. * All shipping, packing, and handling costs are the responsibility of the buyer. * Briggs Auction, Inc. does not ship, however we can help make arrangements with local shippers.
