HIGHLIGHTS OF THE SALE: FOOD posters include scrumptious images for chocolates, teas, coffees, cereals, pastas, cheeses, biscuits, breads, foie gras, soups, seafood, oil, condiments, and restaurants and menus. DRINKS include wines, champagnes, beers, cognac, vermouth, absinthe, liqueurs, aperitifs and even some soft drinks. Also included is the wine lover?s most important (and rarest) work, the 7-volume ?Ampélographie,? published 1900-1909, with 500 exquisite color plates.
