This Spring Hindman’s Asian Art team is pleased to present a well-curated Japanese and Korean Works of Art auction. The sale is comprised of over 140 lots across 12 categories. Highlights include a fine 19th Century Korean shagreen and mother-of-pearl inlaid ‘dragon’ box, an unusual Japanese gold, red and brown lacquer displaying cabinet, a fine Japanese lac-burgauté 'butterfly' snuff bottle, a rare Japanese wood netsuke of hatching tengu by Jobun and a small selection of fine etching by Tanaka Ryohei.
