Pick up is Monday and Tuesday following the sale from 10am to 4pm ONLY!! IF YOU CAN NOT PICK UP ON THE ALLOTED DAYS - DO NOT BID!!! PAYMENT METHOD: CASH, GOOD CHECK, MONEY ORDER & CREDIT/DEBIT CARD 5% FEE. Winning bidder will receive an invoice within 12-24 hours after the auction concludes and is expected to adhere to the following without exception: Bidder's that are picking up MUST do so the Monday and Tuesday following the sale from 10-4pm only. You must bring your own loading assistance and transporting / packing materials. Out of state Buyers picking up will be subject to Kentucky 6% sales tax unless exempt in which case you must have your tax exempt form uploaded to LIVE AUCTIONEERS BEFORE the start of the sale. We are unable to remove the tax from your invoice, you must complete this on your side. Failure to make payment and pickup on the scheduled days will result in forfeiture of items and disputed accounts - NO EXCEPTIONS. There are two rounds of shipping per sale (usually Thursday's but subject to change the auction house and/or shippers discretion) Bidders who pay online and do not pick up in scheduled time will automatically be set to ship unless you call in to make other arrangements. Shipping may take 3 to 6 weeks. All orders processed in the order in which invoices are paid. Shipping is done through a 3rd party, Fragile Pack 502-423-0000. You may pay online through the site when available, in person or by calling the auction house at 502-633-6555 opt 1. Shipping arrangements will be made at time of payment.
