PICK-UP Pick up will be on FRIDAY APRIL 7th and SATURDAY APRIL 8th from 11am-1pm at 3434 NJ35 Hazlet, NJ. Devon Storage- rear door please. All Items not picked up by 1pm on April 8th will be considered abandoned and disposed of with no exceptions. No refunds will be given for abandoned items. SHIPPING Buyer is responsible for contacting us within 72 hours of auction end if they require shipping. During payment, request in house shipping or send us an email within 72 hours of auction close. Shipping costs will only be calculated AFTER invoice is paid. A separate invoice for shipping costs will then be sent. Items will not be shipped until shipping invoice is paid. If Shipping invoice is not paid within 72 Hours of receipt, items will be considered abandoned and disposed of with no exceptions. No Refunds will be given for abandoned items. Please be patient with us, we pack and ship in house to keep your costs down. If you would like your items shipped immediately, we can bring them to the UPS Store. Shipping will most likely be 3 times our cost and we don't like that either! Please reach out with any questions or concerns. Buyers are welcome to arrange their own private shipping provided their contracted shipping company picks up all invoice items on the scheduled day of pick-up prior to the end of the pick-up window. All items are being sold AS IS WHERE IS. Buyer is Responsible for bringing their own packing material, tools and assistance to help carry/load items. All items must be picked up during the listed pick-up times and at the listed pick-up location. All items not picked up by the end of the scheduled pick-up window will be considered abandoned and disposed of with no exceptions. No Refunds will be given for abandoned items. Please email any questions regarding auction items or our policies prior to bidding and prior to the close of the auction. There is a 20% Buyers Premium on all lots sold. Although we make every effort to accurately describe all items being sold, no statement in this catalogue, invoice or elsewhere shall be deemed a warranty, representation or assumption of liability with respect to age, condition, size, quality, provenance or material of any of the items offered for sale. If requested prior to 48 hours of auction close, We will attempt to provide additional information on an item as a courtesy but only as an opinion which should not be regarded as a statement of fact. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect working condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging. All Sales are Final. Any item purchased and removed from auction cannot be returned.

If you have not contacted P&P Vintage to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
