This fun session includes coins and fountain pens, battery-operated toys, air rifles, cap guns, mechanical banks, vintage musical instruments, dolls, children's items, and more. Many of the fountain pens are 40?s-50?s Sheaffer?s with 14K nibs and a nice selection of newer Sheaffer classics, many NOS. The coin are an unusual collection of silver and many post WWII coins....with hundreds in MS condition. All sells without reserve. Session II on Saturday is a jam-packed day with more toys, featuring the late Don Stine train collection. His collection, in it?s entirety, will be selling this year with the first installment in this auction. Electric and windup trains from all the most famous makers; Lionel, Marx, Ives, Hornby, Marklin, Lehman, Unique, Bing, Strauss, American Flyer & more! And windup toys are included too. Simply a huge variety. Also battery-operated toys come from the late Ray Reetz collection. All you toy collectors have a superb variety to choose from. But there's more than toys!! Talk about variety... there's coin-operated machines and excellent advertising. Session II also features the Dave & Bonnie Libby superb collection of c.1900 tobacco & brewery chromolithography. Most are professionally framed paper. But self-framed metal is there too! Many are rare and colorful pieces in excellent condition. Stock Yard advertising is also a seldom seen category and early pieces are hard to find. Illinois collector John Lindskog assembled a great variety of pieces that came from many Midwestern stock yards. An extensive collection of rare and hard to find Coca-Cola pieces also sell.
