Russian Posters 1918-38 and Space Posters

Our April 2012 auction is really two distinct sales wrapped into a single session, one concentrating on the first two decades of the Soviet propaganda poster art, and the second dedicated to the space-theme Soviet posters from the golden age of the Soviet space exploration program, from the Sputnik era to first manned flights.
