CSA's Charity Auction: Sports & Collectibles

GENERAL AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS: *failure to abide by the terms and conditions of our auctions may result in permanently being blocked from our auctions* 1. All Sales are FINAL, there will be no returns nor refunds for any reason. Sales are in U.S. Dollars only. International bids will be accepted only if bidder has an available U.S. Shipping address. 2. The buyers premium for all online auction purchases is 30 % 3. An 7.0% Indiana state sales tax will be charged when applicable. 4. All online winning bidders will receive a paid invoice no later than the day following the auction. If applicable, we will add shipping and insurance charges once they have been calculated, after which you will receive a final invoice. You will also receive a FedEx or USPS tracking number for your package(s). 5. CSA, LLC will automatically charge the credit card you registered with immediately following the auction. If your card is declined, you may be charged a $25 non-refundable fee and your bidding privileges could be revoked. CSA, LLC gives a grace period until noon the day following the auction to call the office and make an alternative payment prior to noon. 6. We do not guarantee authenticity beyond in-house inspection. Any further authentication should be done PRIOR to placing a winning bid by the interested buyer. Again, there is an "all sales final" policy agreed to in the terms of service to bid in out auctions. 7. CSA, LLC reserves the right to require cash or a cashiers check for payment in-full from any winning bidder as it sees fit. If transaction is canceled due to buyer refusing to pay by cash or certified check then buyers will forfeit the buyers premium. Buyer will be responsible for restocking fee of 20% Additional terms below also apply *********************************************** 1. All items are sold "as is, where is". 2. There will be no returns nor refunds on any item, please ask questions prior to bidding and do your due diligence and any further desired authentication of interested items prior to bidding on any listing. The majority of items are previously authenticated, verified and/or documented. 3. Consignors are forbidden to bid on their own items to inflate the sale prices. Doing so will result in any further consignments being refused. 4. Auction purchases must be picked up by the dates and times indicated on the email with your your paid invoice attached. 5. Internet buyers must pay online. The card will be charged no later than the day following the auction. The online bidder's premium is 25%. A grace period is given to pay declined purchases until 12pm the day following the auction before declined card fee of $25 is applied. 6. Tax is 7.0% in the state of Indiana, and will be changed if warranted to local buyers. 7. All items are described to the best of our ability. We make no guarantees, expressed or implied, on any previously authenticated, verified or document items except for gold, silver or other Government issued precious metals. These items are identified as genuine gold and silver when applicable. 8. No items will be shipped/removed from the offsite location unless paid in full. 9. Local online buyers remove items at their own risk. 10. CSA, LLC reserves the right to pull any items from the auction and or have the right to pull an entire auction for any reason - if auction is pulled, then consignor may be responsible for any operating costs including labor and materials. 11. CSA, LLC has the right to collect on unpaid invoices by using deposits, credit cards or a 3rd party collection agency if necessary. Bidding privileges may too be revoked. 12. In any action of any kind relating to or arising out of this agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to collect reasonable attorney fees and costs from the non-prevailing party, in addition to any other recovery to which the prevailing party is entitled. 13. Bids, buyers, and consignor information is confidential. Do not ask for any related information. 14. CSA, LLC reserves the right to require cash or a cashiers check for payment in-full from any winning bidder as it sees fit. 15. By registering to bid you are agreeing to all terms and conditions above and below. 16. REMEMBER: Any changes made to your card on file with Liveauctioneers after you register to bid on a specific auction will not be updated for that auction, or any current auctions registered for at that time. CSA, LLC does not have access to your Liveauctioneers account or card numbers, and is not responsible for the maintaining of funds in/or updating of bidders' accounts. Liveauctioneers may take up to 90 days to update any card changes to become available to CSA, LLC. SHIPPING/INSURANCE: We ship via USPS (flat rate) priority mail, UPS, and FedEx. We will package your items and calculate shipping charges prior to emailing you a final invoice. Insurance is added to all items being shipped when the item total is greater than $50.00. We use the insurance scale from the USPS to calculate the amount added to your invoice.

If you have not contacted CSA, LLC to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
