1. We do make great efforts to provide you a perfect auction experience, but we can not guarantee that service we provide is not flawed or there are no defects on the website. Also, please note that we may change any contents and specifications of the lots or stop our service without further notice. 2. Bid authority refers to the limit of the total amount of your bid. There is no need to pay a deposit during this process. If you want to know more about the lot, please email us to communicate with us in detail. 3. If there is a problem (such as exhibition cancelled, description missed, etc.) on the item, your bid might be invalid. When problems occur during the auction, we have all rights of decision for solving problems. 4. Your bid cannot be cancelled without a valid reason. 5. Make sure not to mistake the setting price for your bid. The bidder shall take full responsibility of the bid and miss-bid can not be cancelled or changed. 6. When you have won the bid, the bidder shall pay the transaction fee (it does not include any other tax or fee). 7. If we receive no further request, purchased goods will be shipped to the registered address. The shipping fee will be borne by the customer. 8. Please make all payment with EUR within 14 days after the sale closed. Cost of money transfer and shipping expense will be borne by the bidder. 9. If the bidder does not make all payment within 14 days after the sale, the qualification of joining our auction might be cancelled. 10. Please pick up your purchased goods as soon as possible. If the goods are not picked up within 30 days from the sale, you will be charged for storage fee.
