REGENT ESTATES LLC requires that all bidders read the terms & conditions before bidding on any items. By placing a bid, you indicate acceptance of & are legally bound to the following terms & conditions of sale: CONDITION OF ITEMS Regent Estates LLC ensures every effort to describe the condition of each item placed for auction as accurately as possible. However all items for sale are being sold AS IS. Bidders are of the complete & total understanding that items may not be returned for a refund in any amount, as ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It shall be the responsibility of the bidders; present or absentee, to review each item, photographs & description to conclude their own determination of condition. The bidder shall be the sole judge of item value. Bidders who bid off site & are not present to preview items understand & acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as in person. All items will be available for preview in person one week prior to auction. LIABILITY & RELEASE There will be no circumstances where the bidder shall hold any sort of claim against Regent Estates LLC or anyone else, should the internet service fail to work correctly before, during or after the duration of the auction. This shall extend through all communications as well as the time of packaging, handling & shipping of item(s) to the bidder. Regent Estates LLC shall not be held responsible for any bids that are missed from any source at any given time. Furthermore Regent Estates LLC shall not be in any way responsible for costs resulting from attorney's fees or such. It shall be the sole responsibility of the bidder to pay their own fees as well as any & all fees incurred by Regent Estates LLC, should a dispute arise for any given reason. Regent Estates LLC reserves the right to cancel, withdraw or re-catalog any items in the auction, without any further notice. PAYMENT Regent Estates LLC requires that all merchandise shall be paid in full no later than five (5) days following the close of auction. Payments received after five (5) days shall be subject to a one (1) time fine of $50, unless previous arrangements have been made & agreed to in writing between Regent Estates LLC & the bidder. Regent Estates LLC will absolutely accept NO RETURNS & will issue NO REFUNDS. Regent Estates LLC accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Certified well known Bank Issued Checks & PayPal. Cash payments will be accepted in person ONLY. Customers are to make checks payable to Regent Estates LLC. Bank issued check payments shall be subject to inspection & hold by Regent Estates LLC. SHIPPING Regent Estates LLC shall be in charge of the packaging & shipping of items as well as choosing the shipping company used. Insurance on items will be required & paid for by successful bidders. The costs of shipping & insurance will be billed separately and are NON-REFUNDABLE. By law, Regent Estates LLC cannot & will not under any circumstances declare a lesser value for any purchase made by an International customer. All shipments will include the purchase total, the buyer's premium & shipping cost amounts, with NO EXCEPTIONS. STORAGE Merchandise will be shipped by Regent Estates LLC when a suitable carrier is found. Storage charges will accrue if auction items are not picked up by the customer or shipped within a 15 day period. Charges are subject to the discretion of Regent Estates LLC.
