Bidding and Auction Rules BIDDING AMOUNTS ARE IN US DOLLARS 1. All Bidders must sign up and be approved to be eligible to bid 2. All Bids are deemed final and constitute intent to purchase the item if the bidder wins the item(s) 3. The Auctioneer reserves the right to cancel bids and remove items at their discretion 4. All auction items will have a buyers premium (20%) and applicable taxes added to the item final auction end price. 7. For all shipments out of CANADA, the buyer will be responsible for all custom duties, brokerage fees, taxes and any other applicable fees charge by the destination country or territory of the shipment. 7. Local Pick-ups are by appointment only, please contact us after auctions end to make arrangements. 2. We offer shipping via Canada Post for Canada and International and USPS for United States. Courier shipping is available if requested. 3. Depending on the amount of items won, value of items and weight, most items items will be shipped by regular postal mail. For small items such as comics and cards, they will be shipped in a bubble envelope. Tracking and basic insurance is available on most items unless it is comics and cards of lower value. 4.
