Due to our small but competent staff, in most cases, we are unable to approve bidders, take phone calls and answer emails once our auction has started. We strive to have our sale online approximately 14 days or more prior to any given auction, so prospective bidders can browse, register and request condition reports or more photos if possible. We cannot accommodate these requests on the day of, or during the sale. Thank you for your cooperation.

Please note: Due to occasional phone bidder fraud activity, we will always ask for a valid credit card number on the phone and ID in the form of a valid drivers license or passport in email. As per our phone bidder agreement, we will be sending a phone bid list to the bidder which will need to be replied to with a signature from the bidder accepting the phone or absentee bid terms. Phone bids must be paid within 7 days. If payment is not received within this time frame, the CC on file will automatically be charged.
