OstLicht Photo Auction Autumn 2023

On 18 November 2023 at 5 pm CET, OstLicht, Galerie für Fotografie in Vienna, will host our next photo auction. Over 210 high-quality lots from 160 years of photography will be offered, including a previously unknown portrait by Gustav Klimt from 1905, a photo-historical sensation. Other works are by renowned photographers such as RUDOLF KOPPITZ, TRUDE FLEISCHMANN, ANDRÉ KERTÉSZ and many others. A highlight is the second part of the collection "In Our Time", which contains around 100 exhibition prints by the legendary Magnum photo agency. All large-format prints are signed or stamped. Under the direction of Peter Coeln, the auction will be supported by the dedicated OstLicht team and our independent expert Simone Klein, an international authority in the photography world. Participation on site or as a remote bidder is possible. A warm welcome!
