All cataloged entries are strictly statements of opinion of the cataloger and/or Ardesh and should not be interpreted as fact. Any absence of a condition report does not imply that the item is in perfect and/or good condition. Please request a condition report and any additional photos and/or information prior to bidding. SHIPPING: All shipping is done in house. Combined shipping available when possible. Buyer pays shipping costs including insurance (if desired), packaging, and handling fees. We ship by USPS priority, FEDEX, or a Freight Provider. This is at our discretion, depending on the buyer's location, item, and insurance requirements. Our shipping department works intensively after each auction to get items shipped as soon as possible. It still takes up to 10-14 business days after the auction to ship all of the items, as there are many items to prepare after each auction and it takes time. We also offer local pickup between 10am-5pm daily, excluding Sunday. In the case of loss or mishandling by the carrier we will provide you with the tracking information and invoices so that you can file a claim. We do not file the claims ourselves. Conditions of Sale IMPORTANT NOTICE: All lots are sold AS IS and without recourse, Ardesh, nor its consignor makes any warranties or representations, express or implied, with respect to such lots, except for the limited warranties expressly stated herein. Prospective buyers are strongly advised to personally examine any property in which they are interested, before the auction takes place, to determine its condition, size, and whether or not it has been repaired or restored. Condition reports given by Ardesh are a courtesy to prospective bidders. All reports are an opinion only and should be treated as such. Ardesh is not responsible for any oral or written statements regarding damages, restorations, defects, losses or alterations of any kind. These Conditions of Sale are the complete and only terms and conditions on which all property is offered for sale. 1. All Property is sold "AS IS." Neither Ardesh, nor the Consignor makes any guarantees, warranties or representations, expressed or implied, with respect to the description, authorship, authenticity, merchantability, fitness, value, physical condition, size, quality, rarity, importance, provenance, exhibitions, literature or historical relevance of any property offered for sale or the correctness or accuracy of any catalogue provided by Ardesh. No statement anywhere, whether oral or written, shall be deemed such a guarantee, warranty or representation. Prospective bidders should inspect the property before bidding to determine anything that may be of significance to them, including, without limitation, the property's condition, size, authenticity, value and whether or not it has been repaired or restored. Ardesh and the Consignor make no representation or warranty as to whether the purchaser acquires any reproduction rights in any property. 2. A buyer's premium will be added to the successful bid price of each lot and is payable by the purchaser as part of the total purchase price. The buyer's premium per lot is 25% of the successful bid price. 3. All property offered for sale may be subject to a reserve, which is the confidential minimum price below which such property will not be sold. Ardesh may implement such reserves by bidding on behalf of a Consignor. 4. Unless exempt by law, the purchaser shall pay any state and local sales tax at the time of the payment of the total purchase price or any part thereof. 5. All charges are subject to acceptance by Ardesh, and by MasterCard or Visa, as the case may be. In the case a charge is not approved, you will nevertheless be liable to Ardesh for all sums incurred by you. We accept all forms of major credit cards, checks, wire transfers . PLEASE NOTE: credit card payments may not exceed $5,000. For payment, if you have a card on file with Live Auctioneers, it will be automatically charged 72 hours after you receive your invoice.

If you have not contacted Ardesh to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
