All items are safely packed under a camera for your protection and shipped via FedEx service with signature confirmation free of charge in USA and Canada. All other international orders have a flat shipping fee of $50. All international orders over $10,000.00 must be paid via bank transfer only. Orders from USA can be paid via wire as well and a 5% discount will be applied to the final price (excluding taxes). Because this is an auction house, we will charge 20% for all ?accidental bids" OR returned items. All items are eligible for return within 14 days from the date of item delivery. Fastest way to communicate is via direct messages on the auction platform. We will respond within a few hours to answer any questions. We reserve the right to cancel a bid before, during and after the auction. Most of the lots have reserve price, the auctioneer will bids against the reserve price. 20% Re-stocking fee for approved return request.

If you have not contacted Estate Jewelry Auctioneers to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
