Shipping costs will vary depending on the buyer's destination. -Please contact us for a shipping quote to your specific destination. -Buyers are responsible for custom duties on items from abroad. -Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost of artworks. -No item will be shipped until full payment, including shipping costs, is received. -Damage on arrival must be reported within 7 days of receiving the shipment. For this sale, Chinwe Russell Auctions act as agents for both the vendor and purchaser and shall not be considered responsible for any fault on the part of either. 2. The highest bidder will be the purchaser. No bid retractions are allowed, and bids made after the hammer has fallen will not be accepted. The Auctioneer reserves the right to determine the identity of the successful bidder or re-offer any lot at her discretion in case of disputes. The Auctioneer's decision is final. 3. Bidding in an auction creates a contract between the successful purchaser and the Auctioneer/vendors. Failure to pay is a criminal offense and may result in prosecution or court action. 4. Artworks will be shipped directly by the artist or their representative once payment is received. 9.
