In the event of identical bids, the earliest will take precedence. BUYERS PREMIUM - 22% of the hammer price will be added to final purchase price for online bidding and 19% for absentee bid. The buyer agrees to pay E-pearl Art buyers premium and 7% Indiana sales tax in addition to hammer price. PAYMENT - Success bidder should pay for lots within 8 business days from the date of the sale. We accept payment of cash, cashers check, money order, and wire transfer only. The purchaser agrees to pay E-Pearl Art handling charge of $50 for any check dishonored by the drawee. PACKING AND SHIPPING - Buyer is responsible for all packing and shipping cost. Small items can be packed and shipped in house at your choice. Or you can select your own shipper. E-pearl Art can provide a list of shippers in the area. In case of using in-house shipping, insurance is mandatory. Any large items must be packed and shipped by outside agents/shippers.
