Art Deco to Post-Modern Art & Design

Ahlers & Ogletree presents 459 lots of Modernism in a single bidding session. Highlights include the Atlanta collection of interior designer Bill Stewart which includes an important and large early assemblage by Radcliffe Bailey, a large mixed media work by Todd Murphy, as well as other offerings of contemporary and modern art. Also included in the the bidding session is a 1965 Andy Warhol "Liz" lithograph, a 1988 large oil on canvas by Andre Brasilier, a 60" tall carved and painted totem by Augustin Cardenas, an Ida Kohlmeyer mixed media painting, a 1997 copper poem dress by Lesley Dill, an early Shack by Beverly Buchanan, a large Claude Conover Octli vessel, and a ruba rombic vaseline glass fishbowl.
