This Auction is presented by ARCHITECTURAL ANTIQUES. The auction is conducted under these Terms and Conditions of Auction and applicable state and local law. All Sales are final. All Sales are strictly in UNITED STATES DOLLARS. Purchases are shipped to the buyer's registered and verified address. Payment is due upon the presentation of an invoice. Invoices will be e-mailed to buyers within 3 days of the completed auction. The auctioneer reserves the right to void an invoice if payment in full is not received within 6 days after the close of the Auction. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NONREFUNDABLE OR RETURNABLE. ARCHITECTURAL ANTIQUES reserves the right to withdraw any item at any time before the actual sale. By submitting a bid, the bidder is accepting all of the terms and conditions. Your bid is a contract and you should only bid on an item that you anticipate purchasing. If you are the winning bidder, you have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase the item bid on from the seller. You should contact the seller prior to bidding for any questions about items. Condition of items ARCHITECTURAL ANTIQUES makes every effort to accurately describe the condition of items offered in its sale. ARCHITECTURAL ANTIQUES accurately photographs all items. However, all items are sold AS IS (unless stated in the item description) and it is the bidder's responsibility to review the condition of each item. If you have not contacted Architectural Antiques to arrange payment within 1 day of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
