Day 1: Important Asian Art and Paintings
The California Asian Art Auction Gallery's Spring Sales, scheduled for April 2023, will feature two separate auctions. The highlights include a very rare cinnabar lacquer 'dragon' box and cover from the Ming dynasty Yongle period , a large and rare gilt bronze 'duck' censer from the Ming Dynasty, and a collection of fine Qing Dynasty jade carvings sourced from various collectors and estates. Furthermore, the sales will feature two fine Chinese fan painitings and works from Pu Ru and Zhang Daqian from collectors in California.
