No warranty is made regarding the condition of artwork frames. No warranty is made regarding the working condition of watches, clocks, electronic or mechanical devices of any sort or that any such item is in working condition or without defects, restorations, or working parts. All measurements are approximate. Dimensions are listed as (Width x Depth x Height). Items are described and conditions are noted to the best of the auctioneer's ability. Please review photographs carefully as they are the exact item you will be purchasing. All Sales are Final. Payment is due upon close of Auction. Buyer's Premium is 25%. Buyers without a Florida Resale Tax Number will also pay a 7% sales tax. All jewelry, gold and silver, and/or if total amount should exceed $2,000 MUST be paid by WIRE. After 30 days, unclaimed lots will be charged $1.00 per day from the date of sale for storage. Buyer pays ALL SHIPPING, INSURANCE, AND PACKAGING costs. We provide inhouse shipping on smaller items; if we are able to ship your item (s) your invoice will include a shipping charge. If you have not contacted Bid2Win Auction Company to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
