Buyer's Premium Each lot sold in our auction is subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) Buyer's Premium, unless specified otherwise. (For example: A $100 Hammer (bid) will equate to $100 Hammer + $25 Buyers Premium for a total of $125.) Reserves As a courtesy to our bidders, and to ensure flexibility during our auctions, BIDHAUS does not list reserve prices. Should a bid come close to a reserve amount, BIDHAUS may decide to sell the item below its set reserve. Please note, BIDHAUS auctions may contain a 'Hidden Reserve'. This means that if the lot does not meet its designated reserve, the lot will either be 'passed' or; should there be existing bids on said lot, be 'sold to the floor' (meaning item was not sold).
