Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect the lots offered as well as if they saw the item in person. Frasher's will make every effort to describe in detail each item and provide thorough information about same. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.
Frasher's is providing internet live bidding and pre-auction bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder realizes and acknowledges that this service may or may not operate correctly the day of the auction. Bidder agrees they shall have no claim of any kind against Frasher's or anyone else if the Internet service does not work correctly before or during the live auction. Frasher's will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who want to make sure their bid is acknowledged may want to pre-bid by leaving their maximum bid 24 hours before the start of the auction. Telephone bidding is possible by reserving a phone line prior to the auction for the lots you wish to obtain; Frasher's sales assistant will bid live for you while you are on the telephone. Frasher's reserves the right to withdraw any items in this auction.
