The Embassy Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. The Embassy Auctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Sales tax of 6% will be added to all Pennsylvania residents without valid sales tax exemption certificates on file at the time of the sale. Shipping of merchandise will occur 3-7 days after we receive the buyer's payment information. An invoice will be generated for the purchased item(s) plus shipping and handling charges. Item(s) will be shipped when payment has been received. We use USPS as our primary shipper. Item(s) will be shipped priority mail with insurance. We may use first class, media mail, or parcel post if item(s) warrant this change. On oversized parcels we may use any other shipping service, calculated by dimensional weight scale.Please respond ASAP if you want any other shipping arrangements! Handling charges are as follows: small and easily packed items: $5.00 per item, larger and/or items requiring specialty packing/boxes up to: $20.00 per item. Over-sized items/boxes will incur additional shipping and handling charges. Overseas shipping will incur additional fees. We now offer shipping of furniture using a local transport company. Buyer is responsible for arrangements and payment to that shipper. Items must be shipped within 7 days of the auctions end, if stored at our facility for any longer, a storage fee will incur. Item(s) will be shipped when payment has been received and clears.
