Barring problems, your invoice will be emailed to you on or before the Thursday after the sale. You DO NOT need to contact us before you receive the invoice, unless it hasn't arrived by the Friday after the sale. ------------------------------------- 1. ABSENTEE BIDS will be accepted by phone, mail, fax, email and via our website at www.signaturehouse.net until the closing date. ------------------------------------- 2. LIVE BIDS will be accepted during the sale via phone (callback only, prior reservations required), and from eBay Live Auctions. ------------------------------------- 3. A BUYER'S PREMIUM of 18.5% will be charged on the final hammer price of each lot. ------------------------------------- 4. BID REJECTION - Signature House reserves the right to reject any bid for any reason. ------------------------------------- 5. WITHDRAWAL OF LOTS - Signature House reserves the right to withdraw any lot for any reason. ------------------------------------- 6. DISPUTED BIDS- The auctioneer is the final authority on all dis- puted bids. ------------------------------------- 7. FINAL AUTHORITY - The auctioneer reserves the right to be the final authority on all sales. ------------------------------------- 8. ILLUSTRATIONS of lots in this catalog may have had size modi- fications or may have been trimmed to exclude framing, matting and wide blank margins for display purposes. ------------------------------------- 10. DUPLICATE HIGH BIDS - In the event of duplicate high bids, the earliest bid received will be the winner. ------------------------------------- 11. RESERVES - Some lots may carry a reserve beneath which the item will not be sold. ------------------------------------- 12. MINIMUM BIDS - No bid below the minimum bid (MB) listed on each lot will be accepted. ------------------------------------- 13. BIDDING - All bidding is con- ducted in a competitive manner. PAYMENT is expected immediately upon receipt of invoice. All accounts are payable to Signature House, in U.S. funds, via check (personal, business or cashier's), money order or credit card. For sales outside of the USA a credit card is requested. ------------------------------------- 17. SHIPPING - All domestic shipping will be via FedEx, foreign via Air Mail. Handling, shipping and mandatory insurance charges are added to the invoice. Oversize and foreign shipments are sub- ject to increased charges All items will be shipped within three business days of receipt of payment. ------------------------------------- 18.
