AUTOPAY If you have not contacted Magnusson Art Group by phone (973)425-1550 x129 or email info@themagnussongroup.com to arrange payment within 3 days of the auction close, Live Auctioneers will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice. COLLECTING PROPERTY AFTER SUCCESSFUL BID Pick-up days will be in Morristown, NJ from 9:30 am-3:30 pm EST, Monday-Friday, September 29 ? October3, 2025, and Monday-Friday, October 6 - 10, 2025. Please do not bid if you or an authorized third party/shipper are unable to collect the items during that time. Lots left unclaimed after Pickup Period, will incur a fee of $10 per day/per lot for storage. Lots left unclaimed 60 days after the auction end will be considered abandoned at the buyer's expense, relocated, and disposed of. No refunds will be given for unclaimed lots. SHIPPERS/SHIPPING Magnusson Art Group does not coordinate or provide shipping services. If you are unable to personally collect your property from our auction location within the given pickup time, you will need to coordinate shipping through LiveShipping or with a third-party shipper. Magnusson Art Group strongly suggests you review/request a condition report on each item you intend to place a bid on, and that you use the previews available (by appointment) to inspect the items yourself before bidding. PAYMENT METHODS Magnusson Art Group encourages all winning bidders to complete their transactions through LivePayments (LiveAuctioneers Payment Processing Platform). ALL CREDIT CARD transactions will incur a flat processing fee (~3.8%) to your order total. This processing fee is collected by LiveAuctioneers and goes directly to them; IT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. To AVOID the processing fee, please message us IMMEDIATELY after the auction closes and pay with a bank wire/ACH transfer, money order, bank check, or cash. Please add $35 when paying via bank wire/ACH transfer to cover the wire fee. PHOTO IDENTIFICATION If you are collecting property in person, please be prepared to provide photo identification. If you are authorizing a third-party shipper to collect on your behalf, this authorization must be provided in writing in advance and from the email account associated with the winning bid. For authorized third parties, their name must be provided. For authorized shippers, the name of the company must be provided. If a third-party shipper is collecting on your behalf, we recommend that you be available via phone or email during the collection window if any issues arise.
