We only accept PayPal for online buyers. Winning bidders will receive PayPal instructions with their invoice. The KC Auction Company, LLC will invoice the winning bidders the actual amount, buyer's premium and sales tax if necessary. Items shipping to Missouri addresses will be charged sales tax unless a valid tax ID is on file. Shipping and handling will be paid directly to the shipping company. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against The KC Auction Company, LLC or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. The KC Auction Company, LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. The KC Auction Company, LLC reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Sales tax of 7.85% will be added to all Missouri residents without valid sales tax exemption certificates on file at the time of the sale. Shipping of merchandise will occur 3-7 days after we receive the buyer's payment information. An invoice will be generated for the purchased item(s). Item(s) will be shipped when payment has been received. We use UPS and Craters & Freighters as our shippers. Please respond ASAP if you want any other shipping arrangements! All handling costs will be paid by purchaser of item(s). International shipping will incur additional fees.
