ALL ITEMS TO BE REMOVED FROM THE GALLERY WITHIN 14 DAYS AFTER SALE. 15.Shipping Procedures For Stover's Auction, Burgaw, NC When a bidder is successful in purchasing an item and it requires shipment we will utilize the services of The Transportation Store, Wallace, NC. The Transportation Store (TTS) is an UPS Shipping agent and a US Postal Agent. They will handle as stated below: Pick up purchased items requiring shipping. Pack by wrapping with tissue paper, bubble wrap, and packing paper as needed and placed in a shipping box. Large fragile items and items weighing more than 70 pounds will be placed in a wood box. Calculate the UPS shipping cost. TTS will ship to the address shown on the invoice unless notified to ship to a different address. Insure for amount of the purchase. If purchased items was paid for via Pay Pal, the bidder will be notified of total cost via Pay Pal. The bidder should call (910-285-2555) If there are any questions after purchasing about Shipping. If paid for via a Credit Card, TTS will notify the purchaser of total cost via phone direct and / or email. The purchaser should call TTS or send Credit Card information via email. TTS prefers a phone call. If any Credit Card information is emailed to TTS, it will be destroyed by shredding. Copy of all documents will be placed in a plastic pouch and attached to the shipping box. When received, the purchaser should inspect and report any damages to TTS (910-285-2555). If item is being shipped to a location outside the USA, TTS will prepare the custom invoice. TTS will determine cost via UPS and via US Postal Service. TTS will notify customer via email of total cost of each. The customer should return the email indicating the desired method of shipping. TTS will then enter the cost choice into Pay Pal. The customer will approve the cost via Pay Pal. All import taxes and customs duties are the responsible of the receiver.
