PayPal payment and other methods of payment options offered on the auction site are accepted and will be available as soon as shipping charges are calculated. Personal checks can be accepted but items will not be shipped until it is certain that the check has cleared. Checks that bounce will be presented a second time and if rejected the item will be lost to the bidder and no future checks will be accepted. Sales tax is paid by the purchaser as required by law. We accept no liability for sales tax not paid to your state of residence. Shipping options are USPS and UPS only and if allowed by the site can be elected by the buyer. Items over $100 or considered to be rare will be shipped insured unless the buyer opts out of this coverage. Every attempt will be made to ship items within 3 business days of payment. Returns are not accepted unless approved by Invendtory LLC and if the item is not damaged in shipping refunds will be based on the resale of the item on consignment. Standard auction consignment fees of 10% apply for these returned items.

We will attempt to give the buyer a general rated conditions of the cards, noting issues that are fairly apparrent with a naked eye inspection. This is not an item grading service and we do not warrant that the card will actually grade out from a grading service at the same level. Autographs (signatures) without a COA are noted as such and we also do not warrant the authenticity of any autograph where a COA or other certification are provided by the seller. Returns based on a condition or COA concern are accepted, subject to the resale of the item and a 10% reduction of the new sale price for consignment.
