Visa and MasterCard accepted. Bidders paying by credit card will pay an additional 3% convenience fee, for a total premium of 16%. Pre-authorized, certified or cashier's checks accepted. 2. A buyer's premium of 13% will be added to the final bid price for each lot to determine the total purchase price. 3. All property is being sold as is. The Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any lot prior to being offered in the auction and shall have no liability whatsoever for withdrawal of the property. 5. The high bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser of that lot. The auctioneer is the sole determinant as to who is the successful bidder. Once an item is declared as "sold", the successful bidder assumes full risk and responsibility for the purchased lot. 6. Your bid is a contract. Do not place a bid that you are unwilling, or unable, to honor. If you are declared as the winning bidder, you have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase the property offered. Currency Type: USD Shipping Instructions: Our goal is to provide our customers with reasonable shipping fees. Our standard method of shipping is via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Shipping is based on a flat-rate box fee of $12.95 per box plus $3.95 packing and handling fee. We will combine as many multiple lots of smaller items as is safely possible in each box in order to minimize shipping fees. On all pottery, large or oversized items, actual shipping and packing fees will be charged based on weight or size. All artifacts have been screened extensively for authenticity by using only qualified and knowledgeable examiners. All artifacts are considered to be 100% free of modern alterations or restoration of any, unless specifically state otherwise. All artifacts are guaranteed to have been made by prehistoric North American Indians unless specifically stated otherwise in the item description. If a problem is detected with an artifact that contradicts specifically the authenticity or condition as listed on the day of the Auction, simply contact us within 30 days of the closing of the sale for a full refund. Any request of refund must be accompanied by a written statement from the examiner specifying the findings, or a direct phone call to Overstreet from the examiner. WE do invite and encourage our customers to have artifacts examined by non-biased, knoledgeable individuals recognized by the many non-profit State and National Collection Organizations. Time is of the essence. We are always willing to work with anyone participating in these Auctions to insure they receive quality authentic material. If additional time is required for your review and examination, you may contact Overstreet prior to the 30-day deadline to request an extension of time. Auctioneer has final say on determining which bidder is the high bidder. Auctioneer has final say on resolving any bidding disputes, and any decision to re-open bidding is at his sole discretion. Bidders who take advantage of off-site bidding acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an items as well as if they examined it in person. It is the bidder's sole responsibility to determine whether or not to bid on any item. Internet, pre-auction, and live bidding are provided as a service to Bidder by Overstreet and the Auctioneer. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim if the Internet service fails to function correctly before or during the live auction. All guarantees shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Kentucky as applied to transactions taking place wholly within Kentucky between Kentucky residents. Claimants under this guarantee hereby waive trial by jury and expressly consent, at the option of Overstreet, to the personal and subject-matter jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in and for the county of Lexington/Fayette, State of Kentucky for any dispute arising from or related to any guarantee listed by Overstreet.
