Payment A buyer's premium of 30% will be applied to the purchase price of all items. All payments must be made through Live Auctioneers LivePayments. All major credit cards are accepted. In-Person payments must pay the sales tax rate for St. Paul, MN, unless tax-exemption status details are submitted. The purchaser's obligation to pay the full purchase price is immediate, absolute, and unconditional, and is not subject to any defenses, setoffs, or counterclaims of any kind. Loon Estates is not required to release any lot to the purchaser until full payment has been received and title to the lot has passed. Autopayment will apply to the credit cards on file within 72 hours of the time that the invoice is sent. For winning bidders who choose to pick up their items in person from our location, payment can be made with cash or check in person during collection.
