After the auction in order to process the payment for your auction purchase, we will need the following information: Credit card, expiration date, security number & billing address zip code. We reserve the right to require direct wire transfer, bank checks or certified checks for large purchases. CHECKOUT DATE & TIMES: Payment is processed immediately following the auction. Make sure your card on file is current. NOTE: If your card on file is declined for any reason, a service fee up to $25.00 will be accessed. SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS: Please contact Keen Eye Auction for shipping and handling instructions, we have both FedEx & UPS local contact information that can be provided to assist with shipping your items. Shipping and handling expense is the responsibility of the winning bidder. After payment for your won lot(s) are processed and your shipping method has been chosen and arranged for your purchase(s), the item(s) will be delivered to your chosen shipper within 7 business days (items can be released the first business day after the auction if you need expedited shipping). Once your item(s) are released to the shipper you chose, it is your responsibility as the winning bidder to pay the shipper for your shipment of item(s). We do not offer local pick-up. The warehouse is closed to the public so each lot can accurately be prepared and delivered to the appropriate winning bidder. We do not make exceptions for local pick up. Should an item be damaged in shipping, the buyer will have purchased insurance to cover said loss and collect from the insurance carrier direct. Under no circumstances will the bidder hold Keen Eye Auction or it's agents responsible for any problem created by the internet auction provider. SPECIAL TERMS OF SALE: All property is sold "AS IS" and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinable factor by the title and description information along with the photographs provided. In no event shall Keen Eye Auction be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
