We hope your purchase has exceeded your expectations. Our items are the finest quality available we send our items within 5-10 of payment. If you would favor an exchange or refund you may return your item within 5-10 days after shipment has been received. If item return after 10 days, unacceptable, and the item is returned in bad condition, you will not a get a refund. There is a restock fee of 20% when items are returned.
If you're not 100% satisfied with the item please e-mail us for a full, no questions asked refund, minus shipping and handling cost. To receive your refunds please E-MAIL us within 3 days after your item has been received. All items must be sent by insured, signature requested delivery.
We provide appraisal for our customer.
Please Note! In house appraisals and do not provide warranties if the customer decides to receive another appraisal from a different company.
Shipping
We will ship online purchases via UPS, USPS, carriers. All shipments will be fully insured for the value of the item purchased. The price for ground shipping is $20 and shipping usually takes between five to ten business days for delivery. You may select faster delivery, but extra charges will be assessed. And please (Note) International shipping buyer has to pay shipping fee.
